It's a never-ending war for an Accounts Receivable Officer. At VMLK, we have to keep pulling to make sure the payments come in to keep everyone happy, and plan ahead. We love rewarding our staff and paying our suppliers on time. No losing this war, that's for sure.

In our world, a Brand Executive would have to speak client and also think client. At VMLK, we love our clients (however they speak) and we're always up for a challenge. We're always there for our clients, great at thinking on our feet and giving solutions, and we're pretty flexible - not to forget, we make sure the videos look amazing.

A Camera Operator does more than just press record. At VMLK, our vision is to create show stopping cinematic works of art. Knowing the right angles, trying out different camera techniques and being able to bring the DOPs vision to life is what being a camera operator is really all about.

A Video Editor is tasked with taking the raw footage shot by the film crew and director and turning it into the final product. This means following an outline, script, storyboard and shot list and assembling the footage into one cohesive work of art. At VMLK, we love creating cinema magic and one of the biggest ways to do this is through the editing process.

It's a lot. A lot of fun for a Production Coordinator. There's multiple projects ongoing at all times and quite a few suppliers to manage - so it may all be up in the air, but we like to keep them moving smoothly. Multi-tasking and organisation is tattooed onto this role. There's a lot of dependancy on ending the show without dropping anything. But we got it, and we love it.

Working out which piece goes where is crucial for a Project Coordinator. At VMLK, we enjoy a little bit of a know-it-all. We thrive on being on top of projects in the pre production stage. All the pieces need to be in the right spots and organisation is key. No one gets to say 'what's the next shot?' on set.
