- Build positive relationships and interact with clients 

- Understand core requirements of clients and have a genuine care for their brand(s) 

- Keep clients updated at all times with statuses of their projects Conduct pricing according to production value and client budget as per costs allocated for execution 

- Organise client servicing activities with clients on a monthly basis 

- Be smart and diplomatic with clients at all times Manage client projects whilst understanding the projects’, schedule, scope and budget 

- Sharing quotations with clients 

- Be able to negotiate the pricing with clients to ensure client requirements are met and quality of productions are not strongly affected 

- Work with finance team to ensure payments are on track, or updates given accordingly 

- Implement the clients servicing protocols to deliver excellent results 

- Create a portfolio of client accounts and monitor the ongoing activities related to them and stay up-to-date with all the projects 

- Share standardised documents with clients once projects are confirmed 

- Solve client issues before escalations, and if there are foreseeable issues expected, escalate it to management immediately


  • Effective communication skills and English proficiency 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management/ administration or an industry related field 

  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in similar role 

  • Proficiency in MS Office 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 

  • Ability to identify and resolve problems through recommending and implementing creative solutions
